Charles Kingsley-Evans is fully qualified as an Arbitrator, with a Level 5 Diploma in Arbitration. He is a Member of the RICS President's Panel of Arbitrators and of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He regularly provides Expert Witness reports for the resolution of property disputes of various types. Charles is happy to provide valuation and general property advice for clients in Devon, Cornwall, East Anglia (Suffolk and Norfolk), the Thames Valley (Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire) and Central London.
